With all do respect can letsrun posters please stop picking on the way people speak. IT IS CALLED DIFFERENT CULTURE and yes believe it or not not every speaks the same. My friend I am curious about the same thing....
He's living and training in Lynchburg. He's getting back into the groove and recovering from his injury that plagued him last June. He should be running some races here soon...
The other day he did some sort of workout during the Liberty Twilight meet.

I was at the liberty twilight. he paced all the races, in fact i think they may have paid him to do so cause he was not even entered in the meet. he took the mile out in even 62's, 62,204,306, and dropped with like 200 to go. came back in the 5k and was thru in like 432 and 913 and then dropped and 2 miles. looked really easy for him, did it in trainers and a t shirt. hopefully he gets back into racing soon!

I was also at the liberty twilight. Before the meet started, he actually ran a 26:55 10k alone, in trainers. He looked like he was going so easy. Coach Tolsma brought him a slurpee, the medium size at 5000 and he took a slurpee break, for 45, maybe 50 seconds. Lets hope he starts racing again soon.
You're wrong. I was there, too, and actually timed his break. It was only 15.2 seconds, and he didn't finish the slurpee.

Josh Mcdougal did not run a 26:55 10k...are you dumb? That would be an AR by 20 seconds. I'm not sure what time or distances you're referring to but get your facts straight.
I was there too...Josh infact didn't finsh the slurpee, however talking to him after the race his coach got him the wrong flavor...he asked for cherry coke slurppy from sonic...however they were out of cherries so he got a mountian dew and coke slurppy instead and was upset and threw on the ground in anger!!!

lol, 10/10.
I was there, too. He ran the 26:55 in lane 8, which isn't certified for long distance records.
Josh Mcdougal did not run a 26:55 10k! What meet were you at? maybe 26:55 for an 8k tempo in lane 8 or something but not a 10k...get real
So do these people really not know that these are jokes? You guys aren't that dumb, are you?
